Request for Report: "The GRU Today" Report for Directorate of Operations, November, 1976

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The Report "The GRU Today" was written by Jeanne Vertefeuille for the Directorate of Operations and published in November, 1976. This document is a very important historical report about an organization that is still a threat to the United States. It will be highly valuable for researchers and individuals interested in the security of the United States and the study of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Red Army of Russia (GRU). If there any fees associated with obtaining this report I would request that they be waived since this will be made available to the general public and not be used for commercial purposes.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
