To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Records and information on Hubert Afton "Buck" Ferrell. Mr. Ferrell passed away on or about Jan. 24, 1998 in Dallas, TX. I have been unable to locate an obituary for Mr. Ferrell. I am including a copy of the probate record for his estate from the Dallas County probate office.
Mr. Ferrell was the husband of Mary Elizabeth McHughes Ferrell, known as Mary Ferrell. Mrs. Ferrell passed away in 2004. This is a link to her obituary in The Dallas Morning News, http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/dallasmorningnews/obituary.aspx?n=mary-elizabeth-mchughes-ferrell&pid=1958846
Mr. Ferrell's Social Security number was 412-03-4147.
I request any "cross-referenced" records mentioning Mr. Ferrell.
I also request copies of any electronic surveillance records that mention Mr. Ferrell.
I would like all of these searches done for any aliases or former names that Mr. Ferrell might have used. I believe he commonly went by the name of "Buck" Ferrell.
Mary Ferrell was a well-known researcher into the assassination of President Kennedy and other events. I write a blog, jfkresearch.me, about the assassination.
