Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all logs, reports, and/or records relating to any injuries or illness of persons held in at the Encampment at the Tornillo Port of Entry from the time period of January 1, 2018 to December 12, 2018.
I am a career journalist with work that has appeared at The Daily Beast among other publications. I am willing to pay any reasonable expenses associated with this request, however, as the purpose of the requested disclosure is in full conformity with the statutory requirements for a waiver of fees, I formally request such a waiver.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
