To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all information/records on David William Belin, a lawyer who served on the Warren Commission that investigated the assassination of President Kennedy.

Mr. Belin passed away in 1999. Here is a link to his obituary in The New York Times, http://www.nytimes.com/1999/01/18/us/david-w-belin-warren-commission-lawyer-dies-at-70.html

I specifically request copies of all correspondence between Mr. Belin and the CIA pertaining to Mr. Belin's service on the Warren Commission and the Rockefeller Commission. The latter group looked at CIA activities.

I'm the author of a blog on the Kennedy assassination, jfkresearch.me

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

John Kirsch
