From: John Kirsch

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all records/information on E. Howard Hunt, the former CIA employee who served time in prison for his role in Watergate. Here is a link to Mr. Hunt's obituary: http://www.nytimes.com/2007/01/24/obituaries/24hunt.html?pagewanted=all

I request personnel and operational file records/information on Hunt but this FOIA request is not limited to those categories of information/records.

I'm the author of jfkresearch.me, a blog on the Kennedy assassination.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

John Kirsch

From: John Kirsch

I also request copies of any information/records pertaining to the physical location of E. Howard Hunt on or around Nov. 22, 1963.

From: John Kirsch

I wanted to follow up on this FOIA request and see if the CIA needs any additional information in order to acknowledge it. John Kirsch
