Request for domain level browsing data

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request data on websites workers in your office go to. There are five clarifying points:

1. Sensitive Information Concerns:

a. Given sensitive information concerns, I would like to request data at the domain level.
b. If IP address is sensitive information, please use a random ID instead.

2. Specific fields being requested:

a. Domain Name
b. Time at which the domain was requested
c. Date at which the domain was requested
d. IP address of the machine from which the domain was accessed or a Random ID

3. The format of the data being requested:

I understand that the format is at your discretion. And the following details are only a request to be fulfilled at your discretion if you think it is easy for you to fulfill them.

Ideally, I would like a CSV. Each row of the data would correspond to each request for a domain. For instance, if I accessed Google.com at 9 am ET on July 1st, 2017 from IP 1.2.3.4, the row would be = google.com, 9 am ET, 07/01/2017, 1.2.3.4

4. Timeframe

Data for the recent most period of 1 month is being requested.

5. Offices for which the data is being requested

The main office in Washington, D.C.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
