In response to your rejection letter, I am modifying my FOIA request. I request copies of correspondence between Morley and the CIA for the two years prior to the publication of Morley's book, "Our Man in Mexico" and two years after pubication. The book was published in 2008. John Kirsch

I want to further amend my FOIA request by asking for copies of correspondence between Morley and the CIA pertaining to Morley v CIA, the lawsuit Morley has filed against the agency for records related to the assassination of President Kennedy.
