Request for correspondence

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Copies of correspondence between attorney Vincent Bugliosi and the CIA regarding research for Bugliosi's 2007 book, "Reclaiming History: The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy." I request correspondence from the two years leading up to publication and the two years following publication.

I am the author of a blog about the Kennedy assassination, jfkresearch.me.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I request an estimated completion date for this FOIA request. Otherwise I will consider this to be a case of constructive denial on the CIA's part. I want to inform the CIA that Mr. Bugliosi passed away on June 6, 2015. In addition to the correspondence I requested initially, I also request all information/records the CIA has on Mr. Bugliosi.
