Request 18-FI-HQ-00828 is being processed through electronic discovery to collect pertinent email records. The initial data pull has been completed (i.e. all records for the named custodians have been collected for the specified timeframe). A keyword search has been submitted, which will limit the results to those responsive to this request. Once the keyword search has been completed, records will be sent to me for final review and the FOIA office can begin to prepare the package for approval and release.

Good morning Mr. Sewell,

I checked on the status of 18-FI-HQ-00828 in our eDiscovery system, and this case has not yet been assigned a date for the keyword search to be run. We have had a large influx of cases in litigation, which utilize the same eDiscovery system and which are given priority to be able to meet Federal Court deadlines. At this time, there are no available scheduling slots. Once scheduling slots begin to open, cases in the queue will be assigned a date for collection, and the results will be sent to me for review.
Best,

Ethan Bodell

Mr. Sewell,

Unfortunately, we do not have any further updates at this time. The data collection system is still showing that there are no scheduling slots available, so the keyword search has yet to be scheduled.
