And since I filed my request, there has been an additional meeting that I'd like to include in my request for any and all electronic communications between Bill Wehrum, Assistant Administrator for OAR, limited to September 1, 2017 and the processing date of the request. From: Matt Kasper

Hi Sabrina and Jonathan,
I just wanted to make sure that the request for communication included representatives of Bracewell, Hunton & Williams, Steptoe-Johnson, and Troutman Sanders. Last month we spoke over the phone and discussed these additional entities, and they are not listed in that April 4 letter so I just wanted to make sure they are still included.

Let me know if you have any questions. Sorry for any confusion.
Best,
Matt

Mr. Kasper:

I spoke with Jonathan Lubetsky and Bracewell, Hunton & Williams, Steptoe-Johnson, and Troutman Sanders are included in the search terms for your request. Thank you for confirming.

Matthew,
The documents for your request have been collected and we are reviewing them for responsiveness. One question, if there is correspondence from one of the domains we discussed and it is not in regards to the meetings on Bill Wehrum calendar and is not regarding EPA subject matter, is it out of the scope of your requests and not responsive?
Thank you for any clarification as we review the documents.
Jonathan

From: Matt Kasper

Can it be included in the request? Press clips can be excluded. Thanks

From: Environmental Protection Agency

We will review the documents as in the scope of your FOIA request.
Thank you,
Jonathan
