This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This is a FOIA request for all documents pertaining directly and/or indirectly to a letter, Florida resident, Donald Stone sent to FBI Director, James Comey on or about March 20, 2016 concerning alleged criminal activity pertaining to, but not limited to an Maryland entity known as Chieftain Investors, with the resident agent for Chieftain a Mark Cary Sapperstein in which an aircraft allegedly owned by Chieftain was allegedly used to fly Maryland resident, Charles Richard Longo Sr. (Deceased 2011) to a meeting with Goodyear Tire & Rubber in an effort to sell and/or license technology to Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company invented by Donald Stone. (See Attached letter to Comey) (See Attachment Ref: FOIPA Request No.: 1336332-000 Subject: CHIEFTAIN INVESTORS INC. (CHIEFTAIN aka CHIEFTAN aka CHIEFTON)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.
