This office has no prior documentation, that this was request was submitted to this office, previously.
However, after a careful review of your potential FOIA request, we determined that your request, as written, is not reasonably described, as it does not specifically identify the records which you are seeking with enough detail to enable employees who are familiar with the subject area to locate records without placing an unreasonable burden upon the agency. In addition to the information provided, your request description should include the specific DHS contract numbers of interest. If such contracts exist, you may find the associated contract numbers via the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), which is accessible from https://www.fpds.gov/fpdsng_cms/; accessed March 7, 2016. The FPDS allows for anyone to register and access records pertaining to all federal agency procurement actions, including the ability to run a variety of reports based on specified criteria.
Based on your FPDS search results, please find a list of DHS component contacts http://www.dhs.gov/foia-contact-information; accessed March 7, 2016. Additionally, please resubmit your request, to the most appropriate office, that may have records in which you are seeking.
