Report and Investigation Materials Relating to Parties (Medics) Assaulted by Officers While Rendering Aid (Department of Justice, United States Marshals)

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Narrative report by the officers party to use of force on citizens marked with red crosses, use of force records pertaining to use of force against people marked with red crosses, internal investigation documentation relating to use of force against people marked with red crosses, and all documents pertaining to use of force by US Marshals and associated law enforcement personnel directed at civilian medics marked with red crosses who were assaulted by officers while rendering or attempting to render aid to injured parties in Portland, Oregon on the morning of 7/12/2020 between the hours of 0100 and 0500, as well as narrative reports, use of force records, internal investigation documentation, and all documents pertaining to use of force by US Marshals and associated law enforcement personnel relating to ongoing social protests in Portland, Oregon on 7/12/2020 between the hours of 0100 and 0500.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
