Mr. Poran,
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) is in receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.  NTIA has assigned this request the following for internal tracking purposes:  NTIA FOIA 21-071.
We note that you are asking for "the last 5 records released to the public under FOIA".  There are a couple ways that we can read this request so we would like to gain some clarity of what you are asking.  Are you seeking the last 5 records sent to a FOIA requester regardless of the request?  These are technically considered to be public.  In many cases, we release more than just 5 records to each requester.  But we could pull 5 records as a sample from the last FOIA release to a requester.  Is this what you are looking for?  Or are you looking for something else?
We will look for your response.  Please respond to scheney@ntia.doc.gov directly.  If we do not hear from you within 30 days we will close this request administratively. (mailto:scheney@ntia.doc.gov)

I'm okay with that.

From: National Telecommunications and Information Administration

Mr. Poran,
We are in receipt of your clarification in which you indicated that you are ok with one of the solutions proposed by NTIA.  Therefore your request is modified to read as follows:
Provide 5 records released by NTIA in the most recent response to a FOIA request.  (We note these records will be released as they were released in that previous request.)
If this is correct, based upon your understanding of the request, NTIA will proceed accordingly.  We note that you have requested that NTIA upload records into the Muckrock portal.  We have not always had success in doing so, and so will provide the records via the mail as well.
Let us know if you have any questions.
