Hello Mr. Brown,

This email is in response to your FOIA Request (attached) received by our
office on 11 July, 2014, for "Any and all documents (emails, memos,
transcripts) concerning suggested code names that were ultimately rejected,
including reasons for that rejection, if available, from 1995-present."

We reviewed your request, and the related link which you referenced in your
email; however, your inquiry needs to be more specific so that we can route
the request to the most appropriate office. At this time, would anticipate
additional delays to the entire FOIA process if we tasked the wrong offices
due to insufficient direction from your request. Therefore, we are trying
to coordinate with you to gain additional insight and specificity to your
inquiry, and we look forward to hearing your response, either way.

Ms. Garcia, hello-
To clarify, I am looking for any written record that documents the process involved in naming a military operation, and any rejection/amending that might occur during that process. Would there be a specific office/department responsible?
