In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Let this communication indicate a willingness to pay up to $25 in fees. Please process this as a new request.
NASA is in receipt of a FOIA request submitted by you; the HQ FOIA Office will be responding. However, please be aware our regulations specifically indicate we do not want or need a requester to include a SSN in their request. Your request includes what appears to be a SSN although you have identified it as SNN.
Principal Agency FOIA Officer
I previously stated a willingness to pay fees. I'd like to amend the reuest to any contracts/MOUs between NASA and that following:
Science Headline News
Earth to Sky Calculus
Please let me know if this is sufficient. If not, please clarify how the name of the organization is not enough for NASA to preform this search. Thank you.
It's been nearly a month since I've heard from this agency - may I please get clarification as per my previous request?
Can you please clarify why your office is interpreting 14 CFR 1206.301 (c) to require the release of a personal home address?
"(c) If the requester fails to reasonably describe the records sought, the FOIA office shall inform the requester of what additional information is needed or why the request is deficient. The FOIA office will also notify the requester that it will not be able to comply with the FOIA request unless the additional information requested is provided within 20 working days from the date of the letter. If the additional information is not provided within that timeframe, the request will be closed without further notification."
For your convenience, here is a list of other occasions where NASA has processed a MuckRock request without that requirement.
I would further ask that you begin processing this request without further delay. Thank you.
Hello Ms. Koske-Phillips,
Thank you so much for bringing that error to my attention. Attached is your corrected clarification letter.

Hello, and thank you for the corrected clarification letter. That said, there is nothing in 14 CFR 1206.300 (a) which requires providing a personal address, and as we previously indicated, you have not made this a requirement for other requesters who have used our services.
Please begin processing this request at once, or we will have no choice but to appeal. Thank you.
