Hi, Sandra!

I hope this note finds you well. I'm reaching out because I saw that this request was aggregated to be similar to my other request, but I am confused because when I look the number up in this tracker (https://foiaxpress.pal.ed.gov/app/CheckStatus.aspx) it says "responsive documents have been delivered." However, I have not received any documents that I can find, and don't have a sign in on the Department of Education's site. Where would I find them if they'd been delivered? Thank you!

Warm regards,
Molly

Good afternoon,

I am currently in the process of reviewing your request and came across correspondence between yourself and regional staff in the OCR New York office. You agreed to amend your complaint to only include Title IX complaints against the specified universities involving sexual harassment, sexual violence and different treatment based on sex in athletic programs. Are you seeking complaints involving sexual harassment, sexual violence, and different treatment based on sex only in the context of athletic programs? Or are you seeking the complaints as your request is written (all Title IX complaints involving "sexual harassment", all Title IX complaints involving "sexual violence", and all Title IX complaints involving "different treatment based on sex only in athletic programs")?
