Dear Deshelia,
Thank you for the response to my request. Below I have reformulated my request to narrow its specificity and meet the adjustment criteria listed in your response.
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any documents, investigation findings, memorandums, or communications that mention Reed College located at 3203 SE Woodstock Blvd, Portland, OR 97202 between the years of 2001 and 2012. I am specifically looking for records relating to campus drug use and distribution. I believe many of the files I am looking for would be contained in the records of one of the Oregon DEA offices. If there is also a regional college drug enforcement task force this would be another place to look for related documents.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes and is submitted by a member of the news media.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
