Can you please provide a phone number so that I can discuss the scope of this request with the requester. In order to determine whether OVW has any communications by email, OVW will have to engage in an ediscovery search of the Outlook system and will need to identify staff whose emails you would like to be searched.

Please be advised that a search has been conducted in the JustGrants database and no responsive records subject to the Freedom of Information Act were located. It does not appear that Reed College has been an OVW grantee or ever applied for an OVW grant. OVW is not able to search the Just Grants database for the names of individuals.
For your information, Congress excluded three discrete categories of law enforcement and national security records from the requirements of the FOIA. See 5 U.S.C. ยง 552(c). This response is limited to those records that are subject to the requirements of the FOIA. This is a standard notification that is given to all our requesters and should not be taken as an indication that excluded records do, or do not, exist.
