Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

USC Title I, §105(b)(3)(d) of Appendix 5a sets for the process by which rules are created for redacting financial disclosure reports. That section requires that the Judicial Conference, in consultation with the Department of Justice "issue regulations setting forth the circumstances under which redaction is appropriate under this paragraph and the procedures for redaction."

I hereby request:

1. any materials or correspondence related to the creation of those regulations and procedures
2. The final regulations as determined persuent to this statute

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
