To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

U.S. forces captured Ahmed Salim Faraj Abu Khatallah in Benghazi, Libya, on June 15, 2014, and transported him to the USS New York, where he was interrogated by a unidentified Intelligence Community team and, afterward, by FBI Special Agents Michael Clarke and Justin O’Donnell. On June 28, 2014, Abu Khatallah was arraigned in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

In a May 3, 2017, U.S. Attorney Channing Phillips of the DOJ U.S. Attorney's Office's National Security Section made a court filing in the case of U.S. v. In that filing, the government describes Abu Khatallah's detention and interrogation, including a detailed description and photograph of his living quarters aboard the USS New York (p. 9). Based on that court filing, I request the following records:

(1) any and all photographs of Abu Khatallah, taken from his arrest on June 15, 2014, to his arraignment on June 28, 2014, inclusive;
(2) any and all photographs of Abu Khatallah's living quarters, taken from his arrest on June 15, 2014, to his arraignment on June 28, 2014, inclusive;
(3) any and all photographs of rooms used to interrogate Abu Khatallah, taken from his arrest on June 15, 2014, to his arraignment on June 28, 2014, inclusive;
(4) any and all interrogation plans for Abu Khatallah, from his arrest on June 15, 2014, to his arraignment on June 28, 2014, inclusive;
(5) any and all meal schedules for Abu Khatallah, from his arrest on June 15, 2014, to his arraignment on June 28, 2014, inclusive; and
(6) a complete copy of the notebook provided to Abu Khatallah on June 19, 2014 (see p.9 of this court filing: http://www.politico.com/f/?id=0000015b-d53d-de78-a1fb-f53da37b0000).

This request includes, but is not limited to, all photographs included in the May 3, 2017, court filing. Please include the highest-resolution copy available of all photographs.
