I'm looking for internal memos, emails, and financial records mentioning Operation Onion Peeler, an FBI investigation intro the Tor anonymizing service and network, mentioned in this article: http://www.wired.com/2015/04/silk-road-1/

I am a journalist for VICE's tech news site Motherboard. The requested documents will be used in my reporting and made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
