This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All records regarding the investigation and prosecution of Xiafen “Sherry” Chen, a former employee of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration who was accused of accessing restricted U.S. Government files. [For reference: https://www.fbi.gov/cincinnati/press-releases/2014/noaa-national-weather-service-employee-indicted-for-allegedly-downloading-restricted-government-files].

The requested documents are being made as part of a journalistic investigation and will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
