Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records pertaining to the 1962 land exchange agreement between the United States Government and the Southern Ute Indian Tribe: including House of Representatives bill 9342(amended).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Mr. Stasko:
I am following up on your email.
Your FOIA request was closed on July 24, 2020. As stated in the attached letter in this email, we informed you that we did not receive notice of payment for the amount stated within the 20-work days of the estimated letter that was dated June 12, 2020, also attached in this email.
When our region did receive notice of your payment, unfortunately it was pass the 20 work days. Your check was then mailed back to you via Federal Express with tracking number 8148.5130.9040. Please inquire if the payment was returned to your office.
