CBP-2022-057546 has been processed with the following final disposition: Improper FOIA Request for Other Reasons.

From: T. McElwee

I hereby APPEAL the agency's 4/12/2022 determination in FOIA request CBP-2022-057546.

This determination falsely states I did not provide proof of death. In fact, I attached an announcement of death from Associated Press via the PBS News Hour.

That proof of death is attached to this appeal, as well as an updated version.

My prayer for relief is that the agency fulfill the request as originally stated.
