To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
-The attorney files of Lawrence Walsh
-The files of Norwin Meneses and Danilo Blandon
-The files of Juan Rafael Bustillo
-Press office notebooks
-Press office correspondence (with and without response)
-Any files on Arkansas Mena
-Any files on Arif Durrani
-The FBI’s 302 forms related to the Special Counsel investigation
-The files on Nan Morabia
The files of the Detailed Agency Staff:
(The files are also listed here: https://www.archives.gov/research/investigations/walsh.html)
I also request a fee waiver for my request, as I feel that these files are of historical significance and could explain the drug/arms trafficking network of the Contras. These files could also show the level of involvement that the U.S. government had with the Contras during the Nicaraguan revolution.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. These files are not for commercial use, or personal financial gain. They will be released across various online document sharing platforms. (Muckrock, Internet Archive, etc.)
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
