Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All BOP records mentioning or concerning the deceased inmate LOUIS EPPOLITO. He is listed deceased by the BOP Inmate Locator and reported dead by the press (please see attachments for proof). As such, there have ceased to be a privacy concern under Privacy Act and Freedom of Information ACt Exemptions 6 and 7.
To assist in identifying and distinguishing records, the following is known about Eppolito:

First 5 Digits of SSN: 129-36
Date of Birth: 7/22/48
Date of Death: 11/03/2019
Last facility held: United States Penitentiary in Tucson
Please search and return as responsive both main-file records and cross-reference records within the following BOP Systems of Records: Inmate Central Records System (JUSTICE/BOP–005); Inmate Commissary Accounts Record System (JUSTICE/BOP–006); Telephone Activity Record System, (JUSTICE/BOP–011); Office of Internal Affairs (OIA) Investigative Records (JUSTICE/BOP–012); Inmate Electronic Message Record System (JUSTICE/BOP–013).
If any potentially responsive records have been destroyed and/or transferred to NARA, then I request copies of the destruction or transfer slips as well as any other documentation relating to, mentioning or describing said transfer or destruction, to include but not be limited to confirmation that the Bureau has no other copies of said records.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
