Records establishing the 42 U.S.C. § 652(a) "separate organizational unit" - Withdrawn

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. The name of the "separate organizational unit" in which the Secretary of the US Health and Human Services (hereinafter "US DHHS") established pursuant to Title 42 United States Code § 652(a);
2. All documentation and records in which the US DHHS Secretary established the 42 U.S.C. § 652(a) defined "separate organizational unit";
3. If the above documentation and records are a re-occurring item, then please provide them. To clarify, as it is not clear from 42 USC § 652, please provide re-occurring documentation and records which must be renewed every X amount of years between the US DHHS and the "separate organizational unit".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
