(a) the content of the communication;
(b) the prisoners’ first and last names;
(c) the phone numbers they called or received calls from;
(d) the date, time, and duration of the calls;
(e) the inmates’ Securus account numbers;
(f) the metadata for the communication;
(g) the recording URL where the audio recordings of the calls can be downloaded; and
(h) any other information collected by Securus or you in connection with such calls; and

(2) all contracts, agreements, correspondence, documents, statements, writings and recordings of every kind (mechanical, electronic, typed or written) by and between the Missouri Department of Corrections or any other law enforcement agency and Securus, including but not limited to, letters, correspondence, memoranda, notes, audio recordings, reports, and transcriptions in the possession of, or subject to the control of you or Securus.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

RE: Request #2016USMS29828

Ladies and Gentlemen,

(1) February 5, 2016 - I made my original request #2016USMS29828 to the US Marshals Service;

(2) February 8, 2016 - The USMS referred my request to the Bureau of Prisons;

(3) February 8, 2016 - the USMS then indicated the records were the USMS';

(4) March 9, 2016 - I followed up with the USMS to check the status of the request and received no response;

(5) April 8, 2016 - I followed up again with the USMS and received a reply from the BOP informing me the matter had been referred back to the USMS by the BOP;

(6) April 14, 2016 - I requested confirmation from the USMS that they had my request and that it had been referred back to them from the BOP; and

(7) April 25, 2016 - To date I have heard nothing further in connection with this request.

This request has been outstanding for over two and one-half months. When may I expect a response and production of the requested materials?
