Recommendations of the Interagency Committee on Government Information (ICGI)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I request the Annual reports and final recommendations of the Interagency Committee on Government Information (ICGI).

In 2002, Congress established the Interagency Committee on Government Information (ICGI). The law required that the committee submit recommendations to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) by December 2004. While I have found some of the Committee's documents preserved in the Internet Archive, I have not found the ICGI's final report or its recommendations submitted to OMB. In order to help you determine my status for the purpose of assessing fees, you should know that I am affiliated with an educational or noncommercial scientific institution, and this request is made for a scholarly or scientific purpose and not for a commercial use. I request a FOIA fee waiver based on my affiliation as a librarian with Stanford University Library.
