To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I request the Annual reports and final recommendations of the Interagency Committee on Government Information (ICGI).
In 2002, Congress established the Interagency Committee on Government Information (ICGI). The law required that the committee submit recommendations to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) by December 2004. While I have found some of the Committee's documents preserved in the Internet Archive, I have not found the ICGI's final report or its recommendations submitted to OMB. For background, here is a description of what steps I've already explored (https://freegovinfo.info/node/14266/).

I request a FOIA fee waiver based on my affiliation as a librarian with Stanford University Library.
I can be contacted if necessary to discuss any aspect of my request via phone ((650) 862-9871) or email (email@example.com).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
