ANSWER: Does your Welfare agency have an ability to do an email and letter keyword search for the entire SSA agency? (Pls don't force us to hassle anyone in upper-upper management, because we will. )

* We will not Hesitate to refer any nonsensical (and Anonymous) communications to Director and SSA FOIA liaison Zimmerman directly.

* And your agency, like any other federal agency and most state agencies, may be held liable as well as Fined, for being in Violation of applicable FOIA statutes and regulations.

(Please keep in mind that your agency is Severely underfunded, and as a result a significant portion of your staff is significantly under-trained, which is something we may be raising with FOIA Director Zimmerman in the near future.)
