To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

In 2012, a subsidiary of the Adult Entertainment Broadcast Network called Realtouch Interactive introduced an internet connected adult device that it planned to market to couples who lived long-distances away from each other, including those serving in the military and their significant other. The company manager, Scott Rinaldo, said at the time he was reaching out to the appropriate parties representing the U.S. Military to see if he could get the devices in use by service members. As the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is a principal agency for providing health related assistance to military families (http://www.hhs.gov/supportmilitaryfamilies.html), I hereby request the following records:
1. Any correspondence between representatives of the Adult Entertainment Broadcasting Network, LLC (DUNS number 078653617), or its subsidiary, RealTouch Interactive, and HHS, from January 1, 2010 to January 1, 2014.
2. All emails containing the words "RealTouch" or "teledildonics", from January 1, 2010 to January 1, 2014.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Donald Triplett III
