I am appealing the integrity of the search, as only preprocessed documents were provided despite repeated and explicit requests that a new search be performed using the criteria provided, that the references to OGAs be processed and provided, and that the documents be freshly reviewed. The rejection is especially inappropriate, as the Bureau itself insisted there may other records and I would have to file another request to have an actual search performed. "Please be advised that additional records potentially responsive to your subject may exist. If this release of previously processed material does not satisfy your information needs for this request, you may request an additional search for records." By now refusing to perform this search, the Bureau merely acts to obstruct the FOIA process, indeed implying that it is deliberately refusing to perform the actual search requested and required.
