From: Lars Schonander
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records reflecting the budget of the EIA Periodic Analysis Products program from the period of fiscal year 1995, to fiscal year 2004.
The Department of Energy has released the budget for the EIA Periodic Analysis Products before, as seen in the FY2005 Department of Energy FY 2005 Congressional Budget Request (https://www.energy.gov/sites/default/files/FY05Volume7_0.pdf). A screenshot of this program in said budget is attached as well. Unfortunately the older budget requests are not electronically available as the Department of Energy only lists on their website budget requests going back to 2005 (https://www.energy.gov/cfo/listings/budget-justification-supporting-documents?page=1).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Lars Schonander

Dear Mr. Schonander,
EIA received your August 19 letter in the mail with a FOIA request for records reflecting the budget of the EIA Periodic Analysis Products for the fiscal years 1995-2004. This information is publicly available, though I understand it may be challenging to find. Accordingly, I've attached EIA's budget justifications for the requested years.
Does this satisfy your request? If not, please let me know what additional information you are looking for, and I will submit your request through the formal FOIA process.
Best,
Kelsey Brasher
