Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the application filed by National Grid LNG LLC under section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act and Part 157 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's regulations requesting authorization to add liquefaction facilities at its Fields Point liquefied natural gas storage facility in Providence, Rhode Island.
The application was submitted on April 1, 2016 and is referenced in the attached decision from the FERC, issued October 17, 2018 and attached to this request (available online here: https://www.ferc.gov/CalendarFiles/20181017155702-CP16-121-000.pdf).
Please include the application in its entirety, including any attachments and amendments.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
