Actually pursuant to your records disclosure requirements for any payments or expenses pursuant to FATA and DATA the request is very not broad and it appears your offices is engaging in obstruction of what would be something that is tallied and closed at the end of each fiscal period in your expenses. Please contact your counsel if your not familiar with your compliance requirements for FATA DATA and expense disclosures. As an example please refer to the follow DEA Expense report production.

Please advise if you need an appeal due to unable to comply with the statute.

Notice of appeal
Reason for appeal FBI corruption/ obstruction of justice/ clerical errors

The Foiap system is set up for agency to charge fees for completing searches and to exempt for members of media , financially indigent etc. Pursuant to the statutes the information was requested under the records sought are commonly maintained (see example DEA)

FOIAP, FFATA,DATA

The entity be it via premeditated corruption with intent for obstruction or clerical error is attempting to hide records of a high crime area.

The public records system for the City of Providence provides ample information in relation to the locality for where the record are sought. Overwhelming public interest in completion of federal agency operations exists for release to a very high traffic website domiciled In a locality to the records sought. Records Including internal corruption which is regularly disseminated to the public, overwhelming interest.

The entity has the opportunity to assess fees which can be paid to offset the ridiculous amounts of regular litigation it is subject to daily in a parody like fashion due to Foiap mishaps. As well as offset the costs associated with staffing Foiap desks to a level appropriate to eliminate the outrageous backlogs of evidence being suppressed. If the entity would like a check for 10.00 or 50.00 to cover the copy and paste from an excel spreadsheet they are welcomed to assess a fee.

In lieu if yet another disastrous defecation on itself by sending responses of this type via internal misconduct, the entity has very marginal rights based on the fiscal years to suppress some of the records. Which would require a citing, including an admission of existence and exemption.

As the United States government has cried poor and declared yet another disastrous fiscal defecit, the appeal is well founded in clerical negligence and obstruction.

On the basis of the FFAta and Data the information needs to be readily available for public disclosure upon request pursuant to the transpency requirements of being a publicly funded entity. Fiscal disclosures.
