Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking records pertaining to the International Federation of Bodybuilders, International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness , International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation, and the IFBB Pro League from 1 January 2003 through 5 January 2023. Each of these organizations have variously been known by the acronym "IFBB," which should be included in the search terms. This request should be limited to include any of these organizations/federations and anabolic steroids, growth hormone, peptides, selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) or any other performance enhancing drugs. Moreover this request should be construed to include the full documentation of investigations, investigative notes, official filings, interviews, memorandums, emails, intra and outer office communications, and any related attachments to the aforementioned documents, which mention any of these federations plus the named categories of drugs or controlled substances. This should include investigations and prosecutions of those defendants or investigatory subjects who were noted to be professional bodybuilders in aforementioned federations or those who were otherwise associated with the organizations (judges, coaches, administrators, executives, owners, or volunteers).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
