This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request copies of the processing notes for the FOIA request regarding the Vulnerabilities Equities Process. You had assigned the request reference number #14-067.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

request number 14-098. Although I currently have a backlog, if you'd agree to
me marking Exemption 6 information (names and phone numbers) as
non-responsive, I could provide the administrative file to you today.
If not, I'll place your request into my FOIA queue and process the documents
to my IDA for formal denial of Exemption 6 information. I estimate it would
take approximately 30 - 40 calendar days to provide you a formal response.

Here you go ma'am,
As agreed to, I'm providing the attached documents to you with the normally
(b)(6) exempted information marked as non-responsive. As such, you are not
afforded appeal rights to that specific information.
Regarding the White House originated document I informed you of on 21 May, I'm
still waiting on referral instructions. The document is dated 27 Mar 14 and
is classified Secret//NOFORN. I'll let you know when I receive instructions.
I'll make a point to follow up next week if I do not hear any this week. As
hindsight, I suppose I should have referred to the White House document in my
6 June response to you. My apologies.

Hi ma'am,
I finally found the office within the White House to send the document we
found that originated there. I forwarded it this morning and requested they
conduct a FOIA review and to determine whether or not STRATCOM can respond on
their behalf regarding the releasability of it.
I have no idea how long it will take them to review the document as I've never
requested a FOIA consultation from the White House. I will send you an update
when I have one.
