This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All responsive documents mentioning or pertaining to Prince Rogers Nelson, a.k.a. PRINCE (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016). Proof of death is not required as his death was widely reported in news media in April 2016:
