Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all talking points and similar memorandums, emails, and transcripts providing advice or direction on how to handle the media, media interviews, and statements which refer to the poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal and the expulsion of Russian diplomats from America that resulted.

Please only cover the period from 4 March 2018 (the poisoning of Sergei and Yulia Skripal) to 29 March 2018 (two days after Russian diplomatic expulsions from US were announced).

It would be greatly appreciated if materials could be provided on a rolling basis.
If this request is likely to produce more than 500 pages of documents, and thus take a long time to locate and respond, please let me know and I will further refine the scope.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
