Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

General Services Administration records concerning the "President's Council on Improving Federal Civic Architecture," created by Executive Order 13967 of December 18, 2020. The text of the order is attached (in PDF) for reference.

This Executive Order appointed the Commissioner of the GSA Public Building Service and Chief Architect of GSA to this Council, and instructed the Administrator of General Services "to provide such funding and administrative and technical support as the Council may require."

I specifically request those records that document the actions or discussions of the Administrator of General Services (or designee) pertaining to the the funding, administrative and/or technical support (whether received from by or actually rendereed by the Administrator); or those records of the participation of the Commissioner of the GSA Public Building Service and Chief Architect of GSA (or their designees) in the Council.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
