Mr. Sparks,

We are in receipt of your FOIA request for consumer complaints involving prepaid credit cards.

I queried Consumer Sentinel using the Product Service Code for Credit Card and the term "prepaid" in the comments field. The search returned with over 9700 complaints.

I noticed there are complaints regarding prepaid debit cards, prepaid store cards, etc. Are you interested in those complaints or just prepaid credit cards only?

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Hi Chip, and thank you.

I would appreciate records on prepaid store cards and prepaid debit cards, and similar.

Other departments maintain a spreadsheet of complaints; would a log of complaints exist in spreadsheet form with FTC as well?

Thank you,
Brian Sparks
