This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the Fiscal Year 2009-2013 Premium Travel Reports created by your agency for submission to GSA per the Federal Travel Regulation. If you want clarification of the report I am looking for, please see this GSA website: http://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/27108
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This responds to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for "a copy of Fiscal Year 2009-2013 Premium Travel Reports created by your agency for submission to GSA." Your request was received in this office on February 12, 2014, and assigned case number 14-F-0460.
The reports you request were recently released in part in response to another case, and subsequently posted on our electronic Reading Room. Ms. Cortina M. Barnes, Defense Human Resources Activity, Program Analyst, in her capacity as FOIA Initial Denial Authority (IDA), determined release of the five reports. The reports have information excised pursuant to Exemption 6 of the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. ยง 552(b)(6), which pertains to the protection of personal privacy of individuals.
Your request will be closed in this office.
