I agree with the 5/30/14 date. Thank you.

From: GSA FOIA

Dear Mr. Smathers:

This letter is in response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
Referral (GSA number 265688), dated March 5, 2014, in which you requested
copies of FY2009 through FY2013 Premium Class Travel Reports (PCTR)
submitted to GSA from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

On March 5, 2014, the FTC located and submitted to you the FY2011 through
FY2013 PCTR. The FTC then referred the remaining FY2009 and FY2010 Reports
to GSA, as a result of not having these Reports in their possession. After
a thorough search of our files we cannot find any evidence of PCTR data for
FY2009 and FY2010 that was submitted to GSA by the FTC.

Since the agency does not have any records within the scope of your
request, this does not constitute a denial of records. You have the right
to appeal the adequacy of the search. To do so, you must write within 120
days of your receipt of this letter to:

Freedom of Information Act Office (H1C)

U.S. General Services Administration
1800 F Street, NW, Room 7308
Washington, DC 20405

Your appeal must be in writing and should contain a brief statement of the
reasons why you believe GSA should have the requested information. Enclose
a copy of your initial request and a copy of this letter. Both the appeal
letter and envelope should be marked prominently, "Freedom of Information
Act Appeal".

Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dan Cruz, Press
Secretary at 202.357.9587 or by email at dan.cruz@gsa.gov.

Sincerely,

*Travis Lewis*

FOIA Program Manager
