A copy of the Fiscal Year 2009-2013 Premium Travel Reports created by your agency for submission to GSA per the Federal Travel Regulation. If you want clarification of the report I am looking for, please see this GSA website: http://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/27108
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Your January 21, 2014 FOIA request was assigned FDIC FOIA Request Log No. 14-0186. The FDIC's processing of that request remains in progress. The FDIC's records search has been completed, and responsive records have been located. Though I cannot now provide a precise date when the final processing of your request will be completed, we are proceeding with due diligence and hope to complete the processing of this request in the near future. Additional information will be provided to you as soon as it becomes available.
In general, the FOIA allows an agency twenty days (excepting Saturdays, Sundays, and legal public holidays) from its receipt of a request to make its determination. However, in the case of "unusual circumstances," (i.e., the need to search for and collect the records from field facilities or other establishments that are separate from the office processing your request; the need to search for, collect, and appropriately examine a voluminous amount of separate and distinct records; and/or the need to consult with another agency or with internal FDIC components, which have a substantial interest in the determination or the subject matter of your request), the FOIA provides for an enlargement, by an additional ten days, of the period within which a determination is to be made.
Because of unusual circumstances, we may be unable to make a determination with respect to your request within twenty days from the date of the FDIC's receipt of your request (i.e., by on or about February 20, 2014). I have attached a Notice of Need for Additional Time. The enlarged due date is on or about March 7, 2014. I hope that we will be able to complete the processing of this request before then.
