Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all listed businesses, non-profits or organizations in New Mexico that received federal P.P.E aid for the current pandemic COVID-19.
I am also requesting a listed amount of money granted to New Mexico businesses, non-profits or organizations.
If the department maintains a database(s) documenting the transfer of these credits (including transferee name, transferor name, and price paid), I would happily accept copies of those databases in lieu of the individual transfer or assignment forms.
I ask that all fees be waived as I am a journalist for ProgressNow New Mexico. (My work can be found on Progressnownm.org).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
