This is a request under 41 CFR 105-60 and the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Materials relating to the Post Office Pavilion lease and the Trump International Hotel Washington, D.C. which was developed on the property by a consortium headed by The Trump Organization, including any materials relating on a conflict of interest relating to this as well as concerns relating to the language of the lease and President-elect Trump's involvement with it as barred by the lease's language stating that "No ... elected official of the Government of the United States ... shall be admitted to any share or part of this Lease, or to any benefit that may arise therefrom..." I am also requesting materials including internal letters, memoranda and talking points relating to this issue.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
