This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
A list of facilities and locations where "Pollutant X" (EPA identification number E17133638, formerly E524670734) has been detected, and any and all reports discussing Pollutant X.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I am willing to pay as much as $50 for this request to be filled. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not. I can be emailed at KatesG@cbsnews.com.
