All policies, procedures, treaties, agreements and related materials implicated in the September 2015 extradition of 13 individuals associated with the drug trade in Mexico (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/10/01/world/americas/mexico-signaling-shift-extradites-drug-kingpins-to-united-states.html?_r=0)
This request is being made as part of a journalistic investigation. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
