FOIA Request, 20-00090-F

Mr. Jon Moss
requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com>

Dear Mr. Moss,

Thank you for our conversation on Friday, October 18. Your are interested in records related to a pending OCR investigation. To summarize, I recommended focusing your FOIA request to seek the following documents: copies of any complaints, notification letters to the Complainant or the University, data request letters to the University, and the University's narrative position statement in any OCR cases dealing with "Disability - Denial of Benefits" opened on or about July 17, 2019 against the University of Pittsburgh.

Would this approach satisfy your current request for records?

Thank you,
Robert Carey

Best,
